Consulting-Customised searches
Specific searches and consulting services are charged in direct billing. Ask our prices.
In case of an acquisition of one of our products, these expenses are deductible from the final invoicing.
Property management
Rental management is charged 6% of the collected rent plus applicable VAT.
Development
The project management delegation fees are calculated as a percentage of the construction value :
- From € 0 to € 500,000: 11%
- From 500.001 € to 1.000.000 €: 9%
- From 1.000.001 € to 2.000.000 €: 8%
- From 2,000.001 to 5.000.000 €: 7%
- From 5,000.001 to 10.000.000 €: 6.5%
- Beyond 10.000.000 €: 6%
The above fees are quoted without VAT
A deposit is required before payment by instalment according the execution stage.
Real estate transactions
Real estate sales are billed to the vending party as a percentage of the transaction amount as follows:
- From € 0 to € 5,000,000: 3%
- From 5.000,001 € to 25.000.000 €: 2%
- Beyond: 1%
